Cam Handle for Cyclops and Cyclops XL

This is a replacement for the handle that locks the angling arm in place on Cyclops machines.  Comes modified as required and equipped with the following (in the order they get loaded onto the threaded bolt): saddle, rubber o-ring, steel washer, rubber washer.
